Good morning people who meditate on the truth according to the Word of God.

Matthew 16:19 NIV “I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.”

Keys give you access into what is legally yours.

Did you know that you have been given legal access into the kingdom of heaven?

Well, you have! And it is only given by Jesus through the keys that He gives to us.

Timidity and fear have gripped the hearts of too many believers for far too long. I do not say this with any judgement or through a simplistic lens. I have personally struggled with this intensely in my life.

But is this the way that God intended it to be? Is this how it will always be?

No!

Here’s the clear truth of God’s Word to you and to me today. May it be a rhema word from the Logos Word.

Matthew 28:18 NIV Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.”

Jesus was given His authority by His Father in heaven.  

Luke 10:19 NIV I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you.

Jesus legally delegated authority to us!

Romans 8:17 NIV Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory.

We have legally inherited all that the Father has given to us! What Jesus walked in on this earth, we too are called to walk in on this earth! We are legal sons and daughters with delegated kingdom authority!

You and I are not deficient when it comes to on earth as it is in heaven. This might not be our experience, but it is our truth – it is the truth.
