Good morning people who ask the Lord to show them the right key that is needed.

Matthew 16:19 NIV “I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.”

Keys are given to us by another person.

Keys give you access into what is legally yours.

Keys come in different shapes and sizes for different purposes.

When it comes to keys, one size doesn’t fit all. There are larger keys and there are smaller keys. There are keys that open a car door and there are keys that open a house. There are keys that look the same as another key, but they open different doors.

Jesus said He would give us the keys, not the key, to the kingdom of God. There are multiple keys in God.

Have you ever tried opening a lock when you have many keys as an option?

It can be really frustrating! If you’ve done this, I can imagine you saying after trying multiple keys, “None of these keys work!” The truth is that those keys do work – they just don’t work in that lock. There is a lock that those keys work in.

In God, there is always a key that works to accomplish God’s kingdom purpose – always!

Because what you have tried hasn’t worked, don’t believe the lie that the keys don’t work. The keys of the kingdom of heaven that Jesus gives to us work!

There is a key for every spiritual lock, and we will look at more specific keys over the coming days.
